.DISCUSSION...Warm and dry conditions continue through Thursday.
Onshore flow will help keep minimum RH values above critical levels
and good recovery is expected again tonight. An upper level disturbance
will bring increased instability and some mid and high level clouds
to the area today. Some clearing is possible late this morning from
around 10 AM to 12 PM with additional clouds developing during the
afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (75-85 percent) then becoming
                    mostly sunny (35-45 percent).
Max temperature.....Around 85.
Min humidity........48 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light winds becoming southwest 5 to 6 mph in
                    the afternoon.
Mixing height.......2600 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....West around 7 mph.
Haines mid level....5 or moderate potential for large plume
                    dominated fire growth.
